Reminder About Proxies
Published: August 19, 2025
We’ve noticed that many proxies are being filled out incorrectly, so here’s a quick refresher to help:
• A proxy is a written authorization that allows another person to vote on your behalf if you cannot attend the annual meeting.
• You cannot assign the proxy to yourself.
• You cannot assign it to someone in your household.
• It must be assigned to another eligible person outside your household who can attend and vote on your behalf.
• If you don’t want to assign it to someone else, you can simply check the box that says “For quorum purposes only.” This will ensure the meeting can still be held, even if you can’t attend.
Filling out your proxy correctly helps keep the meeting on track and ensures every homeowner’s participation counts.
Thank you for your cooperation!
