Landscaping Update

Recently, the Board of Directors shared serious concerns regarding the current state of landscaping and other issues impacting our community. After reviewing the situation and personally inspecting the property, I agree that immediate action is necessary.

As of today, we have terminated the contract with the existing landscaping provider. Weather permitting, a new vendor will begin mowing and cleaning up the community this weekend. In addition, they will apply weed treatments to the common areas early next week, approximately 3 to 4 days following the mowing.

The turf will be treated with both pre-emergent and post-emergent applications:
• Pre-emergent: Prodiamine 4L, which helps prevent weed growth.
• Post-emergent: Three-Way, a broadleaf weed killer, combined with Gulfstream, a surfactant that enhances effectiveness.
